seems to be that there is no definitely answer until tested.
In dom0 only dom0 has to make the network stuff and is closer to the nic. But 
perhaps dom0 gets the (big) load when traffic occurs. And there is one layer 
more to the black device (iscsi <-> dom0 <-> domU).
In domU the network traffic has to go through dom0. But all other things are 
handled in domU. So domU is closer to the block device.

Well, two servers are ordered. When they arrive i will test performance of 
each constellation.
