The auto directory is the same for all xen packages I've seen ( and I
treid all major distros and most sorts of packages form xensource).

i put the config files in the "normal" location (/etc/xen/vm for
Suse, /etc/xen for the others) and create symlinks in auto for those
that schould be handled by xendomains.
