There is no change to live migration protocol. Its just the remus replication
protocol, which I would be happy to document in xg_save_restore.h.

Can I send that as a separate patch? George already acked the code part

of the patch (see b4974a38d10199c1e2b8.1308457939@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Also please update tools/libxl/xg_save_restore.h to document the
protocol extensions/changes.
