[PATCH] adds hypercall.h (was: Re: [Xen-devel] do_* declarations (was: Re: [Xen-ia64-devel] [PATCH] added multicall))


This patch adds the following header files. 
 - include/xen/hypercall.h
 - include/asm-x86/hypercall.h
 - include/asm-ia64/hypercall.h
