  We've noticed the same on 3.0.4; MPS HALs work, but ACPI doesn't.
Unfortunately with using RHEL 5 we don't like to veer from the RHN
packages.  Hopefully redhat will release 3.1 soon as it appears there is
a lot of good stuff in there.

Until then we have a Fedora 7 system with 3.1 so we'll do some testing
on that.
