Hi,
I disabled the firewall on my dom0 and it seemed to fix my DNS problem.
The question is how do I turn the firewall back on and get the DNS to work?
I figure this must be a problem someone has come across before...

Are you running bridging domU and dom0? When you add dom0 the the
bridge, I think you have to remove the IP from the existing interface
(eg. eth0) and add it to the bridge (eg. xen-br0)
