There's something going through our staging tree now, so should be on xenbits in the early afternoon (xen-unstable tree).

The patch doesn't seem to work well on some systems (e.g., Dell 1850) so I've applied another patch that defaults to the old ack method by default. If you want to try out the new method then for the time being you'll need to put 'new_ack' as a boot parameter to Xen.
