this pretty much says it all. Most likekly you need to have X
I am not clear with this can you tell me some thing about this one
forwarding enabled (if connecting via ssh).

Another possibilty is that if you login as normal user and run "su -".
In this case, simply run the command as normal user. You don't need
super user priviledge to run vncviewer.
