I have the PE1950s with the on-board Broadcom chipset and an add-in Intel Pro 1000 card.  I'm running SLES10 SP2 (Xen 3.2.0) and I don't see this behavior at all.

Hi,

I ran into trouble with this NICs a few times, too.
Be sure you have a new driver version.
I don't know which version Xen 3.0.3 RPM delivers. Couldy you tell me?

And perhaps you should give James Harpers Paradrivers a chance.

Cheers,
Alex
