Sorry, I missed that on my first reading.
I'm pretty sure that isn't possible.  The kernel assumes that for regular 
partition types (i.e. not networked) that it is the only device writing to 
the partition.  If another device is writing to the partition, then the 
kernel will make incorrect assumptions. 
If you don't want communication to/from dom0 from any of the domUs 
required by NFS, you could make a domU NFS server that would host the 
share and give it a virtual nic for every bridge that you want synced.
