That seems to be an issue neutral to nested virtualization. We should be able 
to migrate among same processors. But it is difficult to migrate a L2 guest to 
other machine as L1 guest. It may be OK evnetually, but not addressed right now.

My understanding is that same CPUID doesn't mean exactly same capability.
