Unfortunately, I have nothing in kern.log. Of course there's nothing in a log on disk - the crash occurs way to early. Yet you'll need to provide the kernel messages, either via serial console (and "earlyprintk=xen") or some other means, in order for anyone to be able to tell/guess where the problem might be.
