Proposed codenames we can use for shorthand:

"Vixen": Amazon's HVM+sidecar shim solution
"Comet": Citrix's PVH+toolstack shim solution
"Rudolph": Long-term solution combining both

In the Xen mythos then, Rudolph could be the child of Vixen and Comet. :-)
