Having discussed this on irc with Ian C, I think I have changed my
mind.  Or maybe have, at least.

Do we know why this cross-version migration test fails when
within-version migrations of both 4.2 and 4.3 succeed ?  Can things
easily be fixed ?

I would rather not simply drop this test unless we know it's actually
hard to investigate or fix.  After all migration is one of the ways
people solve the problem `we are running a far too old version'.

Also we don't know (ATM) whether 4.3->4.4 works.  4.4->4.5 does.
