There are no Linux kernel patches corresponding to Xen releases any
more. The Xen support as been fully integrated into upstream since Linux
3.0 and we had stopped providing a kernel with the releases a bit before
that even (Xen 4.0 might have been the last, if not earlier).

Right, we (mostly) only sync the interfaces which are used into
upstream, and there are different coding style rules so things tend to
get adjusted.

3.8 should have everything you need to run on Xen. Unless you are
looking for some specific feature?
