Thank you for all your reply. I'll try vTPM on Xen-4.3-unstable. 

However, I don't have a physical TPM on my PC. Can I use the TPM emulator in Xen-4.3-unstable now?

You do realize 4.3 hasn't actually been released yet, right? :-)

Bei Guan: We expect 4.3 to be released in the next month or so, so you
may wish to wait.
