Yes. I got the problem. Basically we replace the Duplicate Xen vectors in 
Linux. During that stage I was trying to enable IRQ, it will work sometime 
because of valid entry in TLB, however after flush system will hang because 
vectors are no longer there.

Did you look through the source code to try to find out what Xen or Linux does?
