SLES11 and earlier are using the classic-xen patches, as are RHEL5 and
earlier (and Centos etc too, maybe even OVM 5?)

http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Dom0_Kernel_Versions has some mappings from
distro to type of kernel as well.

The mercurial repo at http://xenbits.xen.org/hg/linux-2.6.18-xen.hg
contains the source.
