Are you also OK with the following patch "xen: introduce a generic
framebuffer driver" (latest is v6 in
<1358276756-6189-6-git-send-email-stefano.stabellini@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>)

AFAIK it is also largely code motion (from vesa.c to lfb.c)
