[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Fix pygrub install.

The script pygrub is currently installed in the wrong location. Instead of
/usr/lib/xen/bin, the script is installed in $destdir/usr/lib/xen/bin.
$(DESTDIR) is apply twice.
