The screenshot shows that the Windows installer was still at the blue and yellow text mode stage, and a fairly early looking one at that. It seems rather like the guest has hung, or at least stalled. Needs investigation for 4.2? Towards the end of the host serial log is a stack trace which suggests that we were at least in the guest context.
