I expect that x86_64 Xen in unstable is stable (although we are still
working on save/restore/migration, not just for x86_64, but PAE as
well), but "production environment" means various things. This is the
right time for you test if you have particular workloads in your mind.

To me it's a generic question (i.e. not x86_64 specific).
