The Win XP port is available only to those who have signed the MS Academic 
Source license, IIRC.  It's also not up-to-date for Xen 2.0 features.

A future port of XP may be attempted: I remember talk of writing a new HAL and 
fully virtualising stuff like page table manipulations using shadow PTs 
(avoids delving in the memory management code).  An alternative (and probably 
more likely) approach would be to wait until Intel's VT hardware 
virtualisation support arrives, then use that to run WinXP.
