I'm building correctly now, and saw the build error.

I think I've been staring at this for too long, because I
can't figure out what to fix.  It's complaining in 
fs/reiserfs/hashes.c , but adding #include <asm/hypervisor-ifs/hyperfisor-if.h>
doesn't fix the error.
