When a distro doesn't have working dom0 kernel it's usually a sign
that you'll have many problems using it as dom0 :)

That one looks bad.
Try changing tap:aio:/ to file:/. My guess is your xen userland (or
dom0 kernel) is having problems with tap:aio.
