Do you mean you want the NAS directory structure to be the directory structure 
of the domain's /?  I guess you could use NFS root in the guest, though this 
of course isn't transparent (and I've occasionally heard some bad noises 
about Linux's NFS root support).

It's easier if you can get a block level interface to your NAS and then just 
have that *be* the guest's virtual disk.  Can you do that?

We could do with a bit more information about what you're trying to do and 
why, so that we can give you better advice.
