Hrmmm, a bit disappointing!

They're both APIs to access the 3D acceleration hardware.  Xen doesn't 
currently support 3D acceleration for Windows VMs, so I'm afraid this is 
unlikely to work :-(

I don't know of a way you could get this to work for now.  Except to run the 
Linux version of Google Earth in dom0, I guess :-/
