SOLVED!

The problem was that lag and ping interrupts was affecting only 2 domUs.
After some investigation we have found the we defined for those domUs same MACs.
With different MACs no problem at all.

Bartolomiej, so now do you use Intel gigabit card without issues?

At the moment am using e1000 as module compiled from latest intel sources.
Am thinking about replacing the card with classic PCI 3Com 905c to avoid issues.
Anyway am running on 100Mbit.

Maybe is the problem that my Intel e1000 card is inthegrated on i965
chipset based mobo which could be problematic to use with 2.6.16
kernel but am having no issues with this mobo only with network - ping
timeouts, laggy ssh.

Any suggestion?
