BTW using VTd tables for p2m makes Xen intel-locked (because p2m tables are
visible from the domains).
Is VT-d the only IOMMU on ia64 ?
I don't know the reply but we should ask to vendors (HP, Fujitsu, Hitachi,
NEC, Unisys...)
