Hi,

here is the path for iosapic virtualisation.
Currently this is just for review and comments.

I was able to boot xen and to start a domU.

I think it is almost ready for integration although it is far from perfect.  
Issues will come with driver domains or SMP dom0, but the base will be here.

I'd like to know wether it should be put in xen-ia64-unstable or in the -intel 
tree ?
The patch mostly follow the 'transparent virtualisation' spirit: changes in 
the linux kernel are *very* small: writes to iosapic are replaced by 
hypercalls.
