We are seeing the what appears to be the same problem on a HP BL465c using an onboard Emulex 10GB card. Traces show the same checksum errors reported here. We removed the bond to get it out of the way. But we're still using vlan tagging. we don't have this issue if we move it to one of the interfaces on the 4 port Broadcom card. Disabled checksum offloading in the WIN VM and in XS on each of the PIFs and VIFs. Emulex Firmware = 2.102.485.4 Emulex Driver = 2.102.313
