Admittedly, "DMA Passthrough" is the official name is VT-d spec.  
Unfortunately, this overloads "passthrough" with two different meanings.  (1) 
direct assignment and (2) VT-d translation passthrough.

Numerous people has asked about this message whenever VT-d does not work for 
them - thinking device assignment is not enabled.
