Thread-topic: [PATCH][VTD] fix vt-d feature boot messages

Changed vt-d feature boot messages from “supported” to “enabled” since they reflect what is currently enabled in this Xen boot – not what is supported by VT-d hardware.  Also, changed reference to “VT-d DMA Passthrough” to “VT-d Passthrough in Context Entry” to make it less alarming to the reader.
