I just compiled latest xen/master tree and it seems to work for me. 
I was able to run CentOS 5.3, Fedora 11 and Fedora 12 PV domUs without
problems.

My dom0 is currently Fedora 12 (rawhide) running Xen 3.4.1-4 rpms from
the distro.

dom0 kernel is 32bit PAE, CONFIG_HIGHPTE=n.
