Hello developers-
I am trying to modify the Xen Hypervisor kernel to pass information to and from a user space program to the domain scheduler (sched_credit), and I was wondering if it would be possible to use ioctl to do this?  I am somewhat new to Linux kernel modification, so please point out the obvious if I am missing something.
Thanks
