[Xen-devel] remove contiguous bitmap support
The attached patch will remove support for contiguous bitmap
support that is currently broken on the dom0 linux-2.6.18.8 kernel which is included
in the xen-3.1-testing.hg repository. The bug was fixed by Redhat a while back
and details can be found at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=463500.
This patch only removes contiguous support for i386 and x86_64 arch’s.
Essentially, this is a back port of the fix that already exists in dom0
linux-2.6.18.8 kernels in versions of xen 3.2 and above.
