Thanks but this doesn't apply to the current qemu-xen-unstable head
(commit 200a4ece52fa37d6b884b52c47e3d56b9c1c7563)

Some of these changes, for example this one:
> - Use LIST_FOREACH(). Don't use lh_first, le_next directly.
seem to have been applied already for example in
8c771eb6294afc5b3754a9e3de51568d4e5986c2

Can you refresh and resend the patch, please ?
