Now that xen and kernel support passive domains and the kinks are
being ironed out, I wonder whether anybody got a clean userland patch
against *current* oprofile.  I saw Renato's patch against 0.8.2, but
it doesn't apply cleanly to 0.9.1.  I can certainly merge it myself,
but if you did already, please share.
