I found new information.!

2 X 1GB (total 2GB) on 3.0.1 works fine on 3.0.2-2 works fine
2 X 1 and 4 X 512mb (total 4GB) on 3.0.1 works fine on 3.0.2-2 crashed
2 X 2Gb (total 4GB) on 3.0.1 works fine on 3.0.2-2 crashed

So on the amount of totale 4GB it's crashing.! We try later to give you a
serial output.!!!
