grub-legacy might work: http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/grub-legacy

Another alternative, you can copy domU's kernel and initrd to dom0,
and use "kernel","ramdisk", and "extra" parameters instead of
bootloader.

Or you can just upgrade your Xen version.
