I see the enlarged image of the initial BIOS boot (like F2 for setup) there, 
after loading Xen and dom0, and I don't see the (Panda) picture. I guess the 
display mode is changed when the picture is displayed? I have a Matrox PCIe x1 
on that machine. If I use a different graphic card, it installs fine.

I can install Ubuntu 10.04 server on the machine even with the Matrox card 
because it completely stays in text mode. Probably we need an option to give up 
the picture, although I'm not sure that's the cause.
