Ok. 

Andy: Are you aware of any changes between 2.6.31-9 and 2.6.31-10 that could 
cause bnx2 to fail like this:

bnx2 0000:01:00.0: map irq failed

It could be some other (non-xen) patch between 2.6.31.8 and 2.6.31.10 aswell..
