There are no changes in the bnx2 driver between 2.6.31.8 and 2.6.31.10.
So i think the problem affected in the different xen patches (Bad build
= xen-patches-2.6.31-10, good build = xen-patches-2.6.31-9).
I dont test the combination with linux 2.6.31.10 and xen-patches-2.6.31-9.

Did you try running 2.6.31.10, and only downgrade the bnx2 driver from 2.6.30.8
?
(ie. only copy the bnx2 driver sources from 2.6.30.8 to 2.6.31.10 and
re-compile).
