I haven't been too concerned with it as it only happened on a testing
server, our production is fine at the moment.

So I haven't really looked deep into the issue, just messed around while
I was in the lab.

Just relaying what I did to get it going, but I realize it isn't a long
term or good fix, more of an FYI.
