Have you taken a look at the XEN ARM project? They have a real-time Xen for 
embedded devices. Not sure if this is what you need but thought I would take a 
chance. The project is at http://www.xen.org/products/projects.html or try this 
embedded xen project http://sourceforge.net/projects/embeddedxen
