If you mean Citrix XenServer I don't even know if that has pvscsi.
Probably not.

You should use the latest stable release, aka Xen 3.4.2 with
linux-2.6.18-xen as dom0 kernel.

That's the official kernel/combination for Xen 3.4.x releases, and has
all the features.
