Hello Xin,as far as I know, Microsoft aims to have a Xen- like/compatible Hypervisor called Hyper-V. It was planned to include it in Microsoft Server 2008, but due to a delay, the shipped the Server 2008 without this feature. But, there is a Release Candidate [1] for testing purpose at MS homepage for download.
