This function is closely tied to xen and the virtualization functions.


I'm thinking if you have a dedicated mail or web server that you had to
upgrade/changeover and wanted to make sure the data was identical on
changeover.

You need a HA setup, or maybe only rsync. http://www.linux-ha.org/
