To follow up:

Sat down this morning for a while, here's what i've got.

>From the 3.0.3 livecd on the 380 G5

Debian ( text ) Dom0 boots and I booted the CentOS DomU

CentOS 4.1 ( text ) Dom0 won't boot, loops over and over about USB detection
/ connection....

OpenSUSE ( text ) Dom0 won't boot, loops over and over about USB detection /
connection....

Tried both CentOS 4.1 and OpenSUSE with additional kernel parameters, with
no joy...

nousb
noacpi
acpi=off

Also disabled Legacy USB support and USB as a whole in BIOS and still no
luck.

I'll try to find a serial cable and a term server tomorrow ( if I have time
) and see what else I can see...
