Keir,

I take it linux-2.6.18-xen.hg changeset 931 was applied to fix this bug? I'll test it out this week.

Hey all,

I've just encountered the following on a rather busy virtual machine:

BUG: warning at
/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/xen-3.4.1/linux-2.6.18/kernel/cpu.c:53/unlock_cpu_hotplug()

Call Trace:
  [<ffffffff80247679>] unlock_cpu_hotplug+0x3c/0x6d
  [<ffffffff802260aa>] sched_getaffinity+0x7e/0x95
  [<ffffffff802260e7>] sys_sched_getaffinity+0x26/0x55
  [<ffffffff80209302>] tracesys+0xab/0xb5

This is on a Dell PowerEdge 1950 w/ Xen 3.4.1, Kernel 2.6.18.8
(changeset 928 from linux-2.6.18-xen.hg), x86_64 Hypervisor and x86_64 dom0.

Perhaps the patch outlined in http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/2/16/4 should be
applied to the linux-2.6.18-xen.hg tree?

Thanks.
